2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
✔ The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories).
✔ A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

Note: Products that are used, damaged, or modified in any way are not eligible for returns or refunds.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization – We will review your return request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Pack & Ship – Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and return it using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing – After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card Payments – Refunds will be credited to your card within 7-10 business days.
PayPal – Refunds will be processed through PayPal and may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange or replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send a replacement to you.
